Nothing nice to say about this.

Good frickin' riddance.

I am sure he was loved and that he loved, and I am also sure that some people are genuinely saddened - but they're largely irrelevant to me. I sympathize, blah blah blah.

This is what you're not going to hear on TV, as commentator after commentator tries to one-up the last with finding nice things to say about the deceased:

He was a bigoted, homophobic jerk that helped propagate the anti-science and pro-idiocy movement the Republican party has been swallowed by. He blamed real tragedies and catastrophes on "sinners" (911 was caused by gays!). He rose to power on a wave of xenophobic and homophobic hatred and used "us against 'them'" routinely from his bully pulpit. He led a crusade against REAL science education in schools. He should have been dragged out into the street and shot. Twice. In each knee. Perhaps even, at that point, a doctor could show up and give him a choice of prayer or pain meds before kicking him in the head a few times.

Good riddance, Jerry. I'm almost hoping that the Catholics are actually right, just so you can suffer for a few millennia in a lake of fire.
